BDS-EK Hydrostatic Balance Gold Density Measuring Weighing Scales

According to customer needs and feedback, we launched a new product-EK precision hydrostatic electronic balance, which includes the function of measuring density.

The hydrostatic balance is a precision instrument widely used in various industries:

In the gold industry, by testing the density of gold, the gold content of an item can be effectively determined;

In the teaching field, it is used in laboratories to measure the density of solids or powder particles.

So how do you measure the density on the EK electronic balance?

1. Under weighing status, long press the unit conversion button to enter the density measurement function;

2. When the display shows ZERO, place the tool on the scale weighing pan or the bottom hook and hang the hanging basket on it, wait for the weight to stabilize and press the TARE button to confirm;

3. When the display shows LOAD, place the object to be tested on the tray or hanging basket, wait for the weight to stabilize and press the TARE button to confirm, the balance automatically records the weight of the object in the air;

4. When the display shows WATER, put the object into a glass or plastic bucket filled with water, the water should cover the object, press the TARE button to confirm after the weight stabilizes, the balance automatically records the weight of the object in the water;

5. The balance automatically calculates the density of the object, and the displayed data is the density of the measured object.
