BDSCALES Notebook - II pocket Scale Usage Instructions

I. Startup and Preparation

First/long-term unused startup: 

Gently press the power-on button on the panel to start the device. Then manual calibration should be carried out in accordance with the instructions.

Placement requirements:

Place the electronic scale on a stable and vibration-free platform. The four support feet should bear force evenly to avoid weighing errors caused by unstable platforms and lay a foundation for precise measurement.

II. Weighing operation

Item placement: 

After clearing the debris from the scale surface, gently place the items in the center of the scale pan to avoid violent impact. This is suitable for scenarios such as spice blending, jewelry weighing, and micro-measurement in the laboratory

Reading record: 

The weighing quantity will appear as long as the item is stable. weighing speed sensitive and accuracy.

Function keys:

TARE: After placing items or other items that need tare, click one button to deduct the tare weight.

Unit switching: The short press can switch between units such as grams (g) and ounces (oz), flexibly responding to international formula conversion and measurement practices in multiple industries.

Counting Function (PCS) : Long press to enter the counting mode. First, take several samples (such as 10), then place the items to be tested for quick counting. This efficiently solves the problems of parts inventory taking and jewelry piece counting.

III. Shutdown and Maintenance

Shutdown operation: 

Press and hold the power button for a long time/Press the button specified in the manual to shut down the device. This saves energy and reduces consumption, and extends the standby period of the equipment.

Daily maintenance:

Cleaning: 

Gently wipe the scale surface with a soft damp cloth. Do not use corrosive cleaning agents to prevent moisture from entering and protect the internal components of the equipment.

Load-bearing capacity: 

Strictly refer to the maximum load-bearing capacity marking of the equipment to prevent hardware damage caused by overloading and ensure the service life and stable precision of the equipment.

Iv. Exception Handling

If the weighing is inaccurate or the display screen is abnormal, first check by yourself: whether the battery is sufficient, whether the equipment is level, and whether there are any foreign objects on the scale surface. If the problem persists, please contact the official after-sales service of BDSCALES for maintenance. Do not disassemble it by yourself to avoid aggravating the fault and losing your warranty rights.
