BDS-PN Series electronic scales are use a 6V/2.8Ah built-in battery. This type of battery is similar to the batteries in our mobile phones and cars. It has a service life and needs to be replaced regularly. But we can extend the battery usage time and service life to avoid delaying your use.

First of all, we can use it directly for daily use. Try not to use it while plugged in adapter, otherwise it will speed up the battery life.

Secondly, when we finish using the electronic scale, we can charge it when it is turned off, and then unplug the adapter for normal use until you use it next time.

Then our product also has a low battery reminder mode. When the symbol in the following picture appears on the LCD display, it means low battery. You need to turn off the scale in time to charge it to avoid delaying your weighing accuracy and subsequent use.

In addition, based on customer feedback, we have now added a charging indicator light and low battery alarm prompt to the new version so that customers can better use the electronic scale.
